Background
Healthdirect was embarking on the first phase of enabling continuity of care across their platform. Allowing users to create a secure account to save their symptom checks, health fact sheets and build up a personalised health profile.
What we did
In-depth interviews to explore health consumer needs and behaviours around researching and saving their health information online.
Defined the membership proposition and product strategy.
Designed the experience for sign-up and sign-in flows across desktop and mobile.
Co-designed for privacy and accessibility with subject matter experts.
Mapped service features to determine how they would work for different user groups at different points of the user journey.
