Background

The AOC’s athlete wellbeing program, helps athletes through the challenges of their Olympic journey. To improve this service, a new Alumni program was conceived to create opportunities for athletes to connect to each other, programs and services and to identify meaningful ways to promote the idea of olympism in their community.

What we did

  • Design thinking workshops to unpack the vision and explore service ideas.

  • Creation of a service roadmap and launch plan.

  • Information architecture and design of the ‘Olymni’ hub.

We were able to bring a mix of strategy and a lean product design approach to help the AOC launch, test and learn what athletes need.
